Meet The Owners
Frank and Mary Lynn Federici, the owners of Frankie Fed’s, have designed a restaurant with many dining areas, perfect for any kind of party or family get-together. Every athletic team, women’s group, office party and even wedding event, comes to Frankie Fed’s to get the best food and fun, at fair and reasonable prices. Frankie, who is from the famous Federici family, helped to develop his folk’s successful restaurant as their celebrity chef and has since been recognized by his peers as a leader in the field. Zagat has included him amongst the ‘Best Italian Restaurants in the U.S.” edition of their dining guides; a very coveted honor. Among those in the dining know, he is known as the very ‘best in the business’, for everything from a unique pizza to a constant flow of gourmet dining delights. Frankie’s ‘mission’ is to research, study and create distinctive dishes on a daily basis.
The owner-hosts learned their craft from a very “cooking smart” family, where they studied, combined and developed their own signature recipe styles. Frankie has created a family friendly setting and has been winning praise from all parts of the tri-state area, since his arrival. There are a notable amount of dazzling dishes, with preparations seldom seen elsewhere, that distinguish Frankie Fed’s kitchen from all others in the area. The open and very visible kitchen staff, with Chef Jay Zeltman at the controls, knows how to handle food. The ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. The Federici’s are constantly striving for superlative taste and present selections highlighted with fresh herbs and seasonings from every area of Italy, exemplary prepared and served.
